Manage Bankroll is a manual tracking and journaling tool only. We do NOT promote, encourage, or facilitate gambling, betting, or trading activities. Our app helps users who already engage in these activities to track their performance manually and make more mindful, responsible decisions. By using this app, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and trading, and you agree to use this tool responsibly.
By accessing or using Manage Bankroll ("the App"), operated by Dapols ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App on any platform, including iOS, Android, and web.

All data you enter into the App ("User Content") remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you enter. We do not verify or validate the information you provide.
If you choose to make your profile public, you grant us permission to display the information you designate as public to other users and visitors.
The App offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan has certain feature limitations. The Pro plan provides additional features as described on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment processor (Polar.sh), depending on your platform. All billing is handled by these third-party services according to their terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple, Google, or our payment processor, depending on where you made your purchase. We do not directly process refunds.
The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Dapols and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our explicit written permission.
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR GAMBLING ADVICE. All information displayed in the App is based solely on data you manually enter. Any analytics, statistics, or insights are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the App. Past performance data you track does not guarantee future results.
Gambling and trading involve substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAPOLS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dapols regarding your use of the App.
