Manage Bankroll is a manual tracking and journaling tool. We do NOT promote, encourage, or facilitate gambling, betting, or trading activities. Our app is designed to help users who already engage in financial activities to track their performance manually and make more informed, responsible decisions. We encourage mindful tracking and responsible behavior.

1. Introduction

Dapols ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Manage Bankroll application (the "App") available on iOS, Android, and web platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using Manage Bankroll, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.

  • No Gambling Site Integration: We do not connect to or integrate with any gambling or betting websites.
  • No Money Handling: We do not process, transfer, or handle any actual money or financial transactions.
  • No Gambling Promotion: We do not promote, encourage, or facilitate gambling activities.

Our app is purely a manual entry journaling tool where users type in their own data for personal tracking purposes.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile picture (optional) when you create an account.
  • User-Generated Content: All data you manually enter, including platform names, transaction records, session logs, and notes.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to our Pro plan, payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card or payment details.

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics about app usage patterns to improve our service (e.g., which features are most used).
  • Log Data: Error logs and crash reports to identify and fix technical issues.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's functionality
  • Sync your data across devices when you're logged in
  • Process your subscription payments (via third-party processors)
  • Send important service-related notifications

6.2 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

6.3 Apple App Store / Google Play Store

Payment processing for subscriptions is handled directly by Apple or Google, depending on your device. We never receive or store your payment card details.

6.4 Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand app usage patterns. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated data and do not track individual users across apps or websites.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in these circumstances:
